Was ist eure Lieblings-Meditationsmusik?
Meine hatte ich ja schon im Motivationsthread vorgestellt:
Was hilft euch musikmäßig beim Meditieren?
Dieser Gesang wäre mir zu “aufregend”. Ich nehme tibetanische Klänge mit vielen Gongen, das gibts glaub ich auch bei Youtube, kann ich sehr empfehlen!
